Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc. is the long term owner and manager of the Land and Retail real estate holdings for a private investor with over 3.4 million sf of retail centers located throughout Southern California and Arizona and over 1,200 Acres of Land held for development in Arizona. 
 
Sunbelt identifies potential real estate investment and development opportunities in the United States for the private investor. Through Sunbelt’s strong one on one relationship with its private investor, decisions are made quickly. Sunbelt has increased investment activities through acquiring shopping centers in Southern California and Arizona, acquiring commercial land in Arizona and building retail properties in Southern California.
 
Sunbelt’s retail development projects include the 183,306 sf Palomar Trolley Center anchored by Food 4 Less, Office Depot and Ross located in Chula Vista, CA and the 198,461 sf Park Valley Center located in San Diego, CA anchored by Saks Off 5th, Best Buy and Staples.
 
Sunbelt’s redevelopment and repositioning projects include the 494,071 sf Sports Arena property, the 518,522 sf Genesee Plaza property and the
156,327 sf Grossmont property.
 
Sunbelt’s major retail anchors in its Retail centers include Target, Home Depot, Costco, Ralphs Grocery Company, Food 4 Less, Dicks Sporting Goods, Ross, Marshalls and Staples. Due to the number of Target anchored centers in its retail portfolio, Sunbelt has become Target’s largest individual Landlord.
 
Sunbelt acquires and develops projects with private investment funds and capital generated from its real estate holdings. All Real Estate holdings are free and clear of debt.
 
Metropolis Investment Holdings Inc., an affiliate of Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc., is the long term owner and manager of the Office real estate holdings for the same private investor with over 6.0 million sf of Class A+ Trophy Towers throughout the country.  Office buildings owned by Metropolis include The Bank of America Plaza in Dallas, Pennzoil Place in Houston, 345 California Center in San Francisco, One Liberty Place and The Shops at Liberty Place in Philadelphia and the NBC Tower in Chicago. With the exception of one asset, these assets are also free and clear of debt.
 
Sunbelt Corporate offices are located in San Diego, CA and Metropolis Corporate offices are located in Chicago, Illinois.
